Services Upward Bound Provides

The Upward Bound program provides students resources, enriching experiences and opportunities to excel in and out of the classroom. With opportunities to engage in hands-on learning experiences students learn the essential tools to thrive inside and outside of the classroom. The Upward Bound program provides academic tutoring, university research opportunities, workshops on a variety of topics, classroom instruction and much more.

Students Working In Lab

In recent decades, we have come to understand the intrinsic health benefits to artistic and leisure activities. Art and leisure activities can help in the development of a students’ social emotional wellbeing. With opportunities to engage in social-emotional learning students can develop self-awareness, self-control and the interpersonal skills that are vital for school and life.
