Time to Enroll for Spring! Class start February 10

Don’t forget to enroll in the Spring classes you need to graduate or finish your program. Spring term starts soon. If you are taking less than 12 units, consider adding classes to fill your schedule. The more you take, the quicker you can finish! Enroll online today using your myCollege.laccd.edu Student Portal. If you need help, contact the Welcome Center.

Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday

Monday, January 20

Campus is closed and classes are not in session on January 20 to observe the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day holiday. The college will reopen and classes will resume on Tuesday, January 21.

Spring 2025 Monarch Enrollment Days

Monarch Market's Weekly Food Distribution

In collaboration with the Student Lunch Box, the Basic Needs Center is holding The Monarch Market Food Distribution every Wednesday. Come experience the freshness and bounty of nutritious produce to students and community members. We encourage you to bring your own reusable bag.

Cheer on the Women’s and Men’s Basketball teams face off Glendale College on the court in a home conference game. The Lady Monarchs tip off at 5 p.m., and the Men start at 7 p.m.

How to Reset my Password to the Student Portal

You can reset your password yourself by using the Microsoft Self-Service Password Reset. Here’s the steps:

  1. Set up your account to allow you to reset your password (follow these instructions).
  2. Go to the Student Portal login page and click on the “Forget your password?” option. Follow the message prompts to reset your password.

How do I find an Armenian, Russian or Spanish speaker who can help me?

Our staff can connect you with someone who can provide language translation assistance. Please contact the department directly or the Welcome Center, and they will find an available employee to assist you.

LAVC’s Welcome Center is Here to Help!

The Welcome Center is your first stop to get help answering your general questions and get Winter and Spring enrollment assistance. It’s open Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-7 p.m. & Friday, 8 a.m.-1 p.m. (except on holidays).

Join Student Government—Apply to Be the ICC Representative for Spring 2025!

Applications are open for the ICC Representative position in Student Government for Spring 2025, serving until June 30, 2025. This is your chance to represent clubs, serve as a voting member in the Executive Council, and co-chair Inter-Club Council meetings. Day and evening classes begin for Spring Semester 2025. Check the mycollege.laccd.edu Student Portal for your class meeting time and location.
