Summer 2025 Schedule is Available on March 26

The Summer Schedule will be posted online on Wednesday, March 26 on the mycollege.laccd.edu Student Portal. Start shopping for your classes, and then you can enroll on your registration date! To find your Summer/Fall 2025 enrollment date, continuing students should check the mycollege.laccd.edu Student Portal on or after April 18, 2025.


Baseball vs. West LA College

Get Ahead with a 2nd 8-Week Class

It’s not too late to add an extra class to your Spring Schedule. Enroll in a Spring 2nd 8-week session that starts on April 14. Check the LAVC Class Schedule for our list of open Spring Late Start Class, and then enroll online through the myCollege.laccd.edu Portal.

Important Dates & Upcoming Events

Cesar Chavez Day - Holiday

Monday, March 31

LAVC is closed and classes are not in session on Cesar Chavez Day. Classes and college services will resume their normal hours of operation on Tuesday, April 1.

FREE Writing Workshops

Thursday, April 3 & Saturday, April 5 at 10 a.m. on Zoom

Join the ARC’s free online writing workshops to help improve your writing, grammar, and be ready for Final papers and projects. There will be a "Refutation: Acknowledging the Counter-Argument" workshop on Thursday, and a “Grammar: Parts of Speech Adjectives vs. Adverbs” workshop on Saturday.

LAVC 75th Anniversary Spring Spirit Day Celebration

Thursday, April 3 from 1:30-3:30 p.m. at the Baseball Field House

Enjoy baseball and softball games, live music, and delicious concessions sold by ASU clubs at the LAVC 75th Anniversary Spring Spirit Day.

FREE Math Workshops

Friday, April 4 at 10:30 a.m. & 1 p.m. on Zoom

The ARC is offering free math workshops to help you understand the content, prepare for test and exams, and earn higher grades. There will be a morning Math 227: Quick Review Chapter 4, 5, & 6 Exam 2 Review workshop, and an afternoon Math 259/260: Trigonometric Functions, Properties of Trigonometric Functions workshop.

ASU Clubs of the Earth Day

Tuesday, April 15 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. in Monarch Square

Join us for ASU Club Day: Earth Day to celebrate sustainability, community, and student life! Enjoy exciting booths, tasty treats, and fun games while supporting club fundraisers. Meet new people and discover what each club has to offer.

Spring Break 2025

Monday, April 7 – Sunday, April 13

Classes are not in session during Spring Break, and many college offices and services may be close or have limited hours of operation. Day and evening classes resume and 2nd 8-week classes start on Monday, April 14, 2025. Saturday classes resume on Saturday, April 19, 2025.

Fall 2025 Schedule Available Online

April 14, 2025

The Fall 2025 Schedule will be available online on Monday, April 14 on the mycollege.laccd.edu Student Portal. You will be able to register starting on your assigned enrollment date.

Summer & Fall 2025 Registration Begins

April 21, 2025

Priority Registration begins for the Summer & Fall 2025 terms on Monday, April 21. To find your Summer/Fall 2025 enrollment date, continuing students should check the mycollege.laccd.edu Student Portal on or after April 18, 2025.
