The California Dream Act Application (CADAA) allows students enrolled in eligible California Colleges, Universities and Career Education Programs to apply for state financial aid.
The California Dream Loan program provides students that are AB 540 eligible, with the option to borrow loans to help cover the cost of attending a California State University or University of California.
