LAVC Rising Scholars

Rising Scholars is a new program at Los Angeles Valley College that was established to support students who have lived experience with the criminal justice system, such as incarceration, probation, or juvenile detention. Rising Scholars offers dedicated staff and counseling faculty to assist students with resources and referrals to support academic and career goals.
