LAVC Fall Final Examinations Week for full-term classes begins on December 9. Check your course syllabus for the final exam date and time.
Registration Help at the LAVC Welcome Center
Monday-Thursday, December 9-12 & 16-29 from 8 a.m.-7 p.m.,
Friday, December 13 & 20 from 8 a.m.-1 p.m.
The Welcome Center should be your first stop to get help answering your general questions and get Winter and Spring enrollment assistance.

Broadway Class Concert

Students in the Musical Theater Repertoire class, directed by Dr. Christian Nova, will present a Broadway Class Concert. Join us for an evening of Broadway selections from a variety of shows, musical revues, and films.
Umoja: Stats Study Jam

The UMOJA Black Scholars Program invites you to a "Stats Study Jam," a collaborative event focused on statistics. This event is open to all current students.
Women's Basketball: Buddy's All Star Classic Tournament

The LAVC Women's Basketball team is hosting its annual Buddy's All Star Classic Tournament. The team will kick off the home tourney with a game against San Diego Mesa College.
Puente: Christmas Fiesta

The Puente Program invites all Puente students and club members for music, food, and holiday festivities.
Farmers Market
Sundays, December 15, 22 and 29 from 11 a.m.-3 p.m.

Good Times Farmers Market is hosting a farmer market at LA Valley College every Sunday year-round. There will be fresh produce, live music, food, beverages, baked goods and handcrafted items.
LAVC Winter Break
Monday, December 16, 2024 – Monday, January 1, 2025
During Winter Break 2024, college offices and services may have limited hours or be closed. Most offices and services are open during December 16-20 and January 2-3, so please check the office's webpage for their Winter Break hours of operation.
The campus is closed on December 24-25 and 28-30, 2024 and January 1, 2025. In addition, many offices are closed for services on December 26-27.
