Let's practice Gratitude!

Practicing gratitude is known to impact our emotions and emotional health. Learn to center the mind, body, and spirit through guided meditations. 

Date/Time:  Monday, February 26, 2024 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Location: Online
