Office of the President

Welcome to the Los Angeles Valley College President's Office Web page. I hope that you will take the time to look at our college Web site and learn how we can help you meet your academic and personal enrichment goals.

Since 1949, Los Angeles Valley College has been a "beacon of learning" in our community by providing transfer education, career training and lifelong learning opportunities to residents of the San Fernando Valley and beyond. We offer more than 103 degrees and 75 certificates to a population of more than 18,000 students. We are proud to serve the communities of Valley Glen, Van Nuys, North Hollywood, Panorama City, Pacoima, Sherman Oaks, Valley Village, Studio City, Encino, Tarzana, and Burbank.

As you may see when you visit our campus, Los Angeles Valley College is in the process of undergoing a $704 million renovation and building program aimed at improving our campus facilities so that we may continue to meet the needs of our students for years to come. I invite you to learn more about how we are reVitalizing Valley College.

The LAVC President's Office, which is located in Administration & Career Advancement 2101 (view campus map), is committed to serving the campus community at-large by providing a variety of services that help our students, faculty, staff and administration. These areas include:

Sincerely,
