View Your Grades

You can now access your grades online through the LACCD Student Portal.

You will be able to view your grades as they are entered into the system, beginning the day after finals end. Grades are not mailed to students. If you need a copy of your grades, you can obtain a grade printout using the LACCD Student Portal.

Note: The grade printout is NOT a transcript or Verification of Enrollment.

STEPS ON HOW TO VIEW YOUR GRADES ONLINE

  1. Log on to the LACCD Student Portal
  2. Select View Grades from the left bar menu
  3. Select Valley College from the dropdown menu
  4. Select the semester from the dropdown menu
  5. Enter the year in the year field
  6. Click on the submit button

View / ORDER Your Transcripts

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, Los Angeles Valley College has moved most staff to work remotely. This has limited our ability to produce transcripts, and verifications. During this period, we are not offering RUSH services. Please expect delays.

There are two types of transcripts:

  • An Unofficial Transcript is a list containing all courses you have completed, the grades you received, and the degree(s) awarded at Los Angeles Valley College AND any other college in the Los Angeles Community College District.

You can view your Unofficial Transcript for FREE through the Student Information System. Instructions on how to request an unofficial transcript is posted on the LACCD Student Portal Help Web page.

  • An Official Transcript is a written record of all the courses you completed at Los Angeles Valley College AND any other college in the Los Angeles Community College District. Your official transcript will also include any degree(s) you were awarded, as well as honors such as the Dean’s list or membership in Tau Alpha Epsilon.

The Official Transcript appears on official school stationary and when mailed is sealed in an envelope. The electronic versions or printed version can be sent to you, an employer, or directly to an academic institution. There is a charge for official transcripts. How to Order Official Transcripts

Effective December 1, 2020, the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD) will be changing its Online Transcript Order and Fulfillment Service Provider to Parchment. Students may order an official LACCD transcript online, 24/7 through the following three sites:

  1. Go directly to Parchment at https://www.parchment.com/order
  2. Click the Academic Records tile on your MyCollege.laccd.edu homepage, or
  3. By following the link on the LAVC college’s website Transcript page. View Grades Transcript.

Set-up a New Learner Account. After you set up your New Learner Account, you can log into your account and track your transcript ordering and delivery process. You will also be able to add other requests throughout your academic career

Keep in mind that LACCD now issues a single district transcript to include all nine colleges. Please place the transcript order at the last LACCD College you attended. The LACCD transcript will reflect both credit and noncredit courses completed at any of the nine LACCD Colleges.

The regular transcript fee is $3.00 (ten business days or less for processing). There is no rush/emergency service at this time. The rate is the same for either a paper transcript or electronic transcript request. For the first three months, Parchment will waive the $2.75 processing fee for all online orders. Order a Verification of Enrollment

Verification of Enrollment is an official document from Los Angeles Valley College that certifies that you are enrolled in a particular class or classes. Verifications also include information about whether your enrollment is full time or part time.
