Mindfulness Mondays Zoom Meditations: Developing Self-Healing

Self-Healing meditation can be a guide to many forms of healing including emotional, physical, and spiritual. Through meditation, you can recognize emotions, tendencies for what they are, thoughts and feelings that may not require action. You become aware and present, and then you can began to let go. Learn to center the mind, body, and spirit through guided meditations.
