What is VCAP Weekend?
VCAP Weekend is open to all students and offers year-round general education courses in a Weekend format that students can use to earn an Associate Degree or complete transfer GE requirements. Courses are transferable to many public and private universities.
How Do VCAP Weekend Courses Work?
VCAP Weekend College courses are offered over five to ten weekend sessions in the fall, winter, spring, and summer sessions. The format is usually four Friday evenings and five to six hours on Sunday afternoons, or eight hours on Saturdays. Formats include traditional classroom, online, and hybrid (class and online combined).
