We know this is a diffcult time for everyone.  But please know that you are not alone during the COVID19 crisis.  The LA Valley College Student Health Center is available to you five (5) days a week via telephone to handle all of your mental health needs.

Therapists are available for phone sessions if you are finding yourself upset, depressed, worried, scared, or anxious about the current pandemic or any other stress in your life.

HOW TO PROTECT YOURSELF:

1. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

2. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands.

3. Avoid close contact with people who are sick. Stay at least  6 feet apart.  

4. Use a face covering when you are out in public.
