Q: What do I need to do to be seen?
A: Call to schedule an appointment at (818)778-5708
Q: What do I need to bring to my appointment?
A: You must present your student ID and current registration indicating that you have paid for the student health fee for the current semester.
Q: How much does it cost per visit?
A: Visits are at no additional cost to you.
Q: How many sessions may I attend?
A: A maximum of 12 visits per semester.
Q: Are the services confidential?
A: All services are private and confidential. No information regarding your counseling will be revealed to anyone without your written permission, or as mandated by law.
Q: What are the available hours?
A: Please refer to the left panel on this page to see current hours of operation, including walk-in hours. Walk-in hours may vary from one semester to the next. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Q: Where are you located?
A: In the Student Union Building.
