Guest Information and Parking
Ceremony Information for Guests
To ensure that the ceremony starts on time, please ask your guests to be seated in Monarch Stadium by 4:30 p.m.
Also, please remind them to use sunscreen because it may be very warm at that time of day. Mylar balloons are NOT permitted. Finally, there is no smoking in Monarch Stadium.
Disabled Seating
There will be limited disabled guest seating. Only one (1) guest will be allowed to sit with the disabled person in the designated area.
Parking
Due to upcoming campus construction, parking information will be updated on this site by the middle of May. Parking signs will be posted the day of the event.

Photographs
During the ceremony, only graduates will be able to take photographs from the stadium field. Photos and videotaping by guests may be done in the stadium stands.
Bob Knight Photo is the official event photographer. Each student will have an individual photograph. Visit the Information for Graduates page for more information regarding commencement photos.
After the ceremony there will be two photo stations in the parking lot west of the stadium. This is an excellent time to take pictures with faculty, family, and friends.
