Tickets are required for anyone 2 years and older.

    Items Not Allowed in the Stadium

    The following items are not allowed (no exceptions) in Monarch Stadium, where the commencement ceremony will be held:

    • Strollers are not allowed in the bleacher areas. Strollers must be left in the stroller parking area located on the westside of the stadium.
    • Balloons (all types)
    • Noise making devices
    • Umbrellas
    • Pets

    Tickets

    Tickets are required for this event. Graduates who RSVP'd by the deadline on May 10, 2024 will be issued four (4) complimentary tickets for family and guests. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. Requests for extra tickets is not available. 

    Parking

    Free parking is available in all student lots and parking structure on the day of commencement. Do not park in a "staff" marked parking stalls (specifically on the 1st floor), or you will be ticketed. View the campus map.

    Please plan to arrive early so that you have enough time to be seated in Monarch Stadium by 8:30 a.m. The gates to the stadium open at 8:00a.m.

    Guests with Disabilities

    Disabled parking is available in the Parking Structure on Ethel Avenue.

    There will be limited disabled guest seating. Only one (1) guest will be allowed to sit with the disabled person in the designated area.

    Guests with Children

    Children are allowed in the guest seating area in the bleachers when they are accompanied by a family member or friend. Children are not permitted to walk with the graduates.

    Strollers

    Strollers are NOT allowed in the bleacher area. All strollers must be left on the floor level in the designated stroller parking area. NO EXCEPTIONS!

    Photographs

    During the ceremony, only graduates will be able to take photographs from the stadium field. Photos and videotaping by guests may be done in the stadium stands. Professional photographers are NOT allowed.

    Grad Images Photography is the official event photographer. Each student graduate will have an individual photograph taken of them. These photos will be available for purchase.
