AB540

What it does: Exempts eligible undocumented students from out-of-state tuition fees

CA Dream Act

What it does: Opens state-funded grants, BOG fee-waiver, state funded programs and scholarships to AB540 students

DACA

What it does: Allows eligible individuals to receive - Employment authorization card with valid Social Security Number, Temporary relief from deportation and advanced parole in some cases
